Harish Navarathna – Co-founder & Director

Harish is a highly respected professional, with close to 4 decades of varied experience, in leadership positions at CXO levels, retiring as the ‘Chief Information Officer’ of Britannia Industries, a leading fast moving consumer goods company. 


In his capacity as the Director of Aveenya, Harish provides strategic direction to the operating team and is the cementing force in for the organization. He coordinates the actions of the various operating arms of Aveenya, to provide a unified direction towards a common goal. The CEO is responsible for 

  1. The administration teams, 
  2. The internal IT functions, 
  3. The Human Capital function, 
  4. The legal function.

PS Sundaram – Co-founder & Director

Sundaram, has over four decades of experience in the Consumer Goods and Pharmaceutical sectors.  Over these years, he has managed multiple processes in the Finance and Supply Chain domains. He has managed operational roles within large corporates such as Unilever as well as in the services sector in Capgemini, handling complex processes for various global clients. His last role was in Capgemini, where he was a Senior Director in the Intelligent Supply Chain Operations Practice, responsible for development of digital capabilities.

Sundaram, heads our Operations team, with the core objective of driving continuous improvement and delivering value for our clients.

Co-Founder & CTO

Ketan Bekinkar – CTO

The core purpose of Aveenya is centered around providing high value digital solutions and services to our clients. The CTO’s role therefore is both pivotal and critical to Aveenya’s purpose and business. Ketan brings with him more than a decade of experience in core technology domains, including the unique entrepreneurial experience of successfully setting up and operating Cinch IT solutions, of which he is the founding partner. Ketan, in his capacity as the CTO, provides the technological direction for Aveenya and is the chief technology evangelist for Aveenya. 

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) has responsibility of 

  1. Selection of the right technology, 
  2. Developing and maintaining innovative digital products
  3. Information and data security, 
  4. Intellectual property safeguards, 
  5. Keeping up with advances in the digital space 

The CTO has a focused objective of delivering high quality service and solutions for Aveenya’s clients.

With over three decades of rich experience across the Consumer Goods and IT/ITES industry sectors, Swamynathan has successfully led and managed diverse business processes, including Finance & Accounting, Customer Demand Fulfilment, Product Development and Supply Chain Operations. Working in leadership roles with leading global organizations such as Unilever, Capgemini, and Philip Morris, he has consistently driven operational excellence, process efficiency, and transformation initiatives across complex global environments. 

Swamynathan has led, among others, establishing end-to-end processes for finance functions, executed successful process transformation projects, delivered efficiency optimization projects for supply chain and finance functions, driven technology infusion and automation projects across enterprises and delivered business growth and transformation outcomes.
